/Just like that, Lake Tahoe's busiest weekend has come and gone. Once again, Fourth of July weekend around Lake Tahoe was one for the books. And well deserved, following the winter we just had. A weekend chock-full of sunshine, 80-degree days and cool evenings. What more could you ask for?
In addition to being one of the nicest weekends of the year around Lake Tahoe, Fourth of July weekend is also one of the most happening. From Northstar's Beerfest & Bluegrass Festival to small-town Fourth of July parades to Big Blue lake days, this week is a mishmash of some of the best things to do around Lake Tahoe during the summer. And that's without even mentioning Lights on the Lake, considered one of the top fireworks displays in America.
